Hey there!  On the Account List interface that appears after you have connected to the Source machine, you'll see an option to give each domain a dedicated IP address.  You can see this in step 3 here:

    https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/transfers/transfer-tool/#the-account-list-interface

Do you not have that option available when you use the Transfer Tool on your end?

Yes i've that option but it says dedicated and its explanation is as expected looks for dedicatable IP address.

    Ex:
Source server reseller has delegated ip: 1.1.1.50 and has over 300 accounts.
Destination server reseller has delegated / resellers shared ip: 1.1.1.60 (this is not main shared ip)

There are other IP addresses as well.

Besides "dedicated ip" is only a checkbox i dont know if its going to let me to choose which ip

The tool doesn't let you select each dedicated IP as part of the Transfer process - it just assigns the next available IP address to that account.

The "IP Address has changed" screen will only happen the first time the user tries to access anything on the new account, as the cookie itself will update.  You can adjust that in WHM >> Tweak Settings by setting the "Cookie IP Validation" value to Loose from the option menu.

Isnt that about cpanel and whost manager interfaces ? I'm refering to screen in attachment.

    Besides that to be sure is this what you suggest me to do;

    1. Transfer account from source (not-live)
    2. Change site ip address
    3. Manually proxy from source to destination

If i do this visitors of domain.com wont see that screen even though they have visited website before when it was in old server ?

Thanks for the clarification - yes, there is the potential to see the Sorry page while the DNS propagates, but I wouldn't expect that to happen if you setup the proxy.  How are you configuring the proxy?  Are you using our tool at https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/general-systems-administration/service-proxying/

I've tried live transfer which caused problem above and since all i need is A records to point new server i'm planing to update DNS A records only.

I would recommend lowering the TTLs in the main DNS zone(s) to 300 seconds a week before the migration - that way, when you make the A record change, the propagation will only take 5 minutes.

Thanks for the suggestion. Do you know how to do it for multiple accounts and nameservers ? Since there are over 500 accounts in whole server it will be hard to do it manually :)

We actually have a tool for exactly this work - more details on that can be found here: https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360057342273-How-to-edit-the-TTL-of-all-zones-on-a-server
