Can't Use Active License Following Migration to New Server
I recently downsized a server by purchasing a new one while keeping the same IP address as the old one. When I did this I thought it would eliminate the need to convert references to the original IP address to a new one but things seem to have backfired in two major ways:
1) Several DNS nameserver entries were overwritten during the migration. What should read ns1.example.com was changed to read ns1.#-#-#-#.cprapid.com. I have since manually fixed those entries. I also used the IP migration tool and nmcli to change everything on the new server so that it reflects the old one but there is still one major problem.
2) WHM/cPanel is still in trial mode on the new server even thought the IP matches the old server where my standard WHM/cPanel subscription was activated. When I access my account info at the cPanel store it has two licenses; A new 15 day trial license assigned to the original IP address of the new server which was installed for the sole purpose of being able to use the transfer tool; and my standard license assigned to the original IP address which has now been assigned to the new server.
How do I fix this so that my old license works on my new server? I can't simply change or update the IP address at the cPanel store because if I try to change the trial IP address to the current one I am told that a cPanel account is already assigned to that IP address. Since there is no new IP address to give my old account in the store interface I can't simply update it with the IP it already uses.

Hey there! Unfortunately there isn't much I can do for license issues over the Forum, but a quick support ticket or email to our Customer Service team at cs@cpanel.net and they will be able to get this resolved for you!
