Cpanel suddenly block all incoming emails due to spam ?

This morning, our server suddenly started blocking most incoming email, from various email servers. They get rejected due to IP being in spamlist. But when i check all the IPS none of them are blocked or in any spamlists.

here is one of them

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550-"JunkMail rejected - mx1.linux.pl [95.216.27.223]:35828 is in an RBL:
 550 Error: open resolver;

But its not in any list. Neither is any of the other failed senders IP's. So whats going haywire today? And is other having same problem
