SiteJet Does Not Work | ISP is No Help
Since it's inception, SiteJet will not work on our server. It will not safe the template and instead it forwards you back to the main signup url. Unfortunately, we purchased through our ISP, who other than this issue does a pretty good job of customer service. For that reason I will not name them.
But they have opened several tickets on my behalf over this issue and cPanel has simply not fixed the issue. Nor do they offer a way to fix it.
Instead they have pointed the finger at every other software we have running in an attempt to skirt the issue.
What does it say about a company that owns three software companies, and each company points the finger at the other company that is STILL owned by the same comapany. Every employee who has punted on this isse gets a paycheck from the exact same company.
What does it say about a company's customer service where their customer's are considering legal action for false advertising because that company simply will not make their product work the way they advertise it will?
Well, I'm not at that stage yet, but when I get there I will be asking for a refund all the way up until the creation of Sitejet. I think I'll build a website that outlines their customer service failures and start a FB group to discuss all of them prior to seeking counsel.
Hey cPanel. Man up and make your product work the way you say it will? Or, will you tell me it's someone elses's fault again?

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues with Sitejet. I haven't had any similar complaints on my end that I can find when I searched just now, but without seeing the discussions between us and your host I'm not able to comment on the back-and-forth or why things aren't working on your machine.
You always have the option to purchase your cPanel license directly from us and then you'll be able to contact us directly for support, and we'll get this fixed for you.
