We have exactly the same problem. Already submitted a ticket hours ago, but don't have any reply yet.

I opened the ticket too, I noticed that my servers are not synchronizing with the dns servers (probably because the license has expired)

Hey there! This is a known issue with some DNSOnly licenses that we're tracking, but we do need you each to open a ticket so we can determine the cause of the issue on your machine.

hi,
ticket : #95384104 same error on different server we have0 -
Solved for me (Response I received from cpanel support):
Hello,
Thank you for your patience. This issue looks to relate to internal case CPANEL-45986 that was recently opened with our developers. The issue relates to entries in the /etc/userdomains file on DNSONLY servers. The workaround is to ensure the file just has the following in it:
*: nobody
The following commands should apply the workaround:
cp -avp /etc/userdomains{,-backup}
head -1 /etc/userdomains-backup > /etc/userdomains
/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt0 -
Update - we're going to be rolling back this change as it's disrupting more customers than we anticipated, so this won't be happening much longer.

Here I did the procedure I received and used a script that I use when I have problems with DNS zones:
rm - f /etc/named.conf.backup1 && mv /etc/named.conf /etc/named.conf.backup1 && /scripts/rebuilddnsconfig

I have the same problem and the steps above do not work.
I opened a ticket and I am waiting for a reply.

ibrahim SEN - apparently your cPanel version was too old to receive updates, which is what was causing the issues you were seeing, and it looks like you're going to be updating those machines soon.
