I can't modify account information in WHM

In WHM, Modify Account section, accounts created directly in WHM can still be saved, but accounts created from WHMCS cannot be saved.

It doesn't give any errors or anything, it just seems to be disabled.

I use the root account to connect to WHMCS

and is there a way to edit the primary domain from WHMCS and sync it through WHM?

  Hey there!  I reached out to the WHMCS team about this issue and they confirmed that the primary domain must be changed on the server side and then updated in WHMCS.
