Error after update?

How do ensure everything is fine in my recent update to 122.0.21?  I got this error email after:

"The system cannot check the kernel status: “/usr/bin/yum” reported error code “1” when it ended: Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'imunify360': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried"

  Hey hey!  Can you try a manual "yum update" to see if you get more details from that process?
