when i open the link it's does not working and when i run the app in the terminal it's working without any problems !!

That's what I'm here for! However, an image by itself isn't going to tell us much about what the error may be. In cPanel >> Errors do you see anything useful there related to the site not loading properly? If the logs aren't showing anything helpful there you'll likely need to contact your hosting provider if you don't have root access to the entire server.

the project is working in terminal but when i clicked the link OPEN the message of WE ARE SORRY appear
the terminal of this directory is working the server without any problems

I understand that, but you'll still have to do some troubleshooting in order to find the root cause of the issue. That error gives you a specific line to check, so you'll want to start there.

That part I am not sure on. Does your hosting provider offer any level of support for the web tools? It would likely be best to troubleshoot this issue directly on the server having the problem.

Just any web tools - Apache, Passenger, NodeJS - our support is limited to testing a default application and ensuring the service itself works.
