update exim 4.98

My cpanel has been upgraded to version 122.0.21, but exim is still version 4.97.1. The update log for version 122.0.21 says Update cpanel-exim to 4.98.

  Hey there!  This is a known issue - it seems that the changelog was pushed before the RPMs went live, but it's being fixed right now and will get released later today as part of 122.0.22!
