Backup_transporter hangs on large files going to Back Blaze B2

On all files 10Gb+ (and sometimes under (one just hung at 1.1Gb)) the backup_transporter will either hang on the

[2024-10-22 13:01:50 +0000] info [cpbackup_transporter] Upload attempt #2 starting for ***edited out file deets***

message in logs, this stalls the entire process as nothing else is processed.

Or errors with the message...

[2024-10-22 13:01:50 +0000] info [cpbackup_transporter] warn [cpbackup_transporter] Upload attempt failed: Cpanel::Exception::HTTP::Network/(XID 8avzgz) The system failed to send an HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) “POST” request to “***backblaze URL, edited out cause public forum***” because of an error: 400 Bad Request

When the transporter hangs it has to be --stop --start ed again to carry on through the rest otherwise it will sit there until the next day doing nothing with no accompanying error messages that I can find (unless there's another location?)

The destination timeout is set at 300 and the full backup timeout is set at 1800, it was set at 3600, but to enable me to manually backup any hung/errored files during the working day I've hard to shorten it.

Any ideas? I had a look through the other threads and they seem to have been solved in previous builds or be not quite the same issue...

  Hey hey!  I've asked around today and I can't find anyone else that has had similar behavior with the transporter system.  It might be best to make a ticket for this one so it can be investigated directly on the server.
