Awstats issue

Hello! I'm frustrated now as there is no support from cpanel despite price increase on regular basis. They will always say please contact your license provider? I mean this is not acceptable. Anyhow, coming to the point. Facing a weird issue in awstats for a user! I have enabled awstats for user in whm > tweak settings but still it's showing off in cpanel? Why is this happening? Been a month now. Its now fixed in any update?

  Hey there!  If you have a cPanel issue, your license provider should be offering support and then escalating the issue to us if they aren't able to resolve it.  If you're not happy with the support you're experiencing please email cs@cpanel.net to let us know about that.

  As far as the actual issue, there are not any issues right now that would keep AWStats from showing up inside the user's cPanel account.  Is it possible that AWStats is disabled in the feature list applied to that user?  If not, do you see any errors in the main error log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) when accessing the cPanel account as that user?
