Configure cPanel to send email only on ports 465 or 587
I'm with a provider that blocks port 25 but opens ports 465 and 587. I edited Exim's configuration to listen only on port 465 and 587. cPanel notifications are being sent on port 25. How can I change the port cPanel and RoundCube uses to send email?

cPanel adn RoundCube send emails through Exim, and Exim sends emails using port 25.
AFAIK it's not possible to change that. You'd need to configure a smarthost:
https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360052412573-How-to-configure-a-third-party-smarthost-for-your-cPanel-server0 -
To add to what quietFinn said, even if you could change that, no other mail server is expecting to receive those messages on those ports, so it still wouldn't work how you're expecting.
You'll likely want to use that Smarthost option in the guide or change to a provider that doesn't block the port.
