Did Cpanel Community Change Again - Created New Account

    Here is my new profile (the one i am posting this topic from)

    and here is my original old profile

    both with the same username and should be same email as well as i did not change it on this old account. 

    Looking at the profiles is there anything you can see as to why this happened, you can send the reason to the email on file for security.

    Is there any way to merge the accounts?

    durangod - I have our Zendesk admin looking into this and I'll let you know what I find!

    At this time I see that there are three different accounts and they are registered with three different emails.  If you'd like to get those merged we can do that for you but you'll need to send a verification email from each email address to cs@cpanel.net and let us know which address you'd like to use as the primary.

    Just wanted to update this with the results.    It appears that merging is only possible if there are licenses on the accounts.  Since i have no licenses, my only options are to remove accounts or keep them all. 

    Oh well...  it was worth a try  :)   i will keep them all even though i have no clue how to login to the duplicate username account.  I will leave it and just wont use it :)
