Cannot upgrade to 11.124.0.9

I had a message saying an update was available, when I tried to apply I got the following message.

Cannot upgrade to 11.124.0.9 until needed system packages are installed.

The current version is 122.0.7.

What system packages are needed and how do I install them?

  Please ensure that yum is working properly. This is the reason why system packages couldn't be installed most probably.

  Not sure how I did it but my last attempt was successful, upgrade complete (basically I did nothing different, just tried again and it worked!).

  When that happens the most likely issue is a bad mirror or network issue between you and your chosen update mirror.
