why webmail delete my mail after reading it
i have storage space
but afeter reding the maul direct i think webmail deleted
but i didnt find in delete ot\r in archive
i didnt find at all
how can i contact the support live chat or to find solution for This issues

Check your webmail settings for any auto-delete or auto-archive features that might be configured. Some services have rules that automatically delete or move emails after they are read.
Other might be a Sync issue.

Hey there! Do you have any mail clients connected to the server? If you use tools like Outlook or Thunderbird they can be configured to remove the mail from the server after it has been read, so it would no longer show up in the Webmail interface.
If you don't have root access to the entire server and only access to your cPanel account you would need to speak with your hosting provider or datacenter to have them check things on their end, as we don't have any control over your personal server or hosting.
