Emails landing in Outlook spam
Our emails are consistently landing in the spam folder for Outlook users, while they go directly to the primary inbox for Gmail users. We’ve set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC correctly and received a 10/10 score on mail-tester.com. We’re beginners in managing email deliverability but learning quickly, and any help is greatly appreciated.
Does anyone know potential causes or solutions to help ensure our emails reach the inbox for Outlook users as well?
Thanks in advance

Check Email Content: Ensure that your email content isn’t triggering spam filters. Avoid spammy phrases, excessive links, or heavy images. Keep a good text-to-image ratio.
Sender Reputation: Outlook (especially Outlook.com and Hotmail) can be sensitive to sender reputation. Make sure your sending domain has a good reputation. You can check this using tools like SenderScore.

Is the issue is only happening with Outlook, you may want to try reaching out to Microsoft's support to see if they could get you more details as to why that is happening.
