After account transfer mail not being received
I have an account that is not receiving mail and I need your assistance on it.
xyz.org is the account and we started hosting the website on squarespace last week so the A record for the root domain is not pointing to our server. They still are using our email services however. Their DNS is controlled at Cloudflare. Cpanel's email deliverability says the DKIM and SPF are set correctly and the Mail Routing is set to Local Mail Exchanger. The IP address of the new server is not blacklisted.
I have the A for mail.xyz.org set to the new server IP, I have the relevant DNS records set as
A xyz.org (squarespace IP)
A mail 11.11.11.11
MX xyz.org mail.xyz.org
But everything sent to them gets rejected with the error:
550 The mail server could not deliver mail to jessica@xyz.org. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.

Hey there! It does sound like things are configured correctly as you have the MX record pointed to "mail.domain.com" and then the A record pointed to the IP address of the mail server.
Is that rejection message coming from your mail server? As in, you can confirm the email is reaching the cPanel machine and then being rejected there?
