Potential Bug in Latest Version of cPanel/WHM (Koality Plugin Issue After Update to 124.0.10)

Hello,

I’m encountering an issue after updating to cPanel/WHM version 124.0.10. The issue occurs when attempting to add a domain to the Site Quality Monitoring (Koality) plugin. The error message displayed is as follows:

"Failed to register your cPanel account with Site Quality Monitoring: isa check for 'company_id' failed: company_id is not defined!"

I believe this might be a bug introduced in the latest version. I’ve verified the configuration and tried updating the system, but the issue persists. Could you please assist in investigating this? I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue, or if a fix is already in the works for the Koality plugin.

  Hey there!  I spoke with the Site Quality Monitoring team and also looked through our internal ticket history, and your report here is the only one we have with that specific "failed to register" text string.  Could you create a ticket so this can be investigated directly on the server?
