wp-toolkit Request failed with status code 404

Hello everyone, I have a problem that when I access the wp-toolkit, it already shows this message in a notification and cannot read the available wordpresses, how can I proceed to check more deeply the cause of the error?

error: The request to the back-end API failed with error: Request failed with status code 404

  If you have root access to the server, I would check the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to see if there are any helpful details there.
