Can't add cpanel email (roundcube) to Outlook app

I would like to make a backup for the emails in cpanel and for that I'm trying to add it to Outlook

But it's not working and I do not know why. I keep getting an error that says it cannot connect to inbound IMAP server.

I'm not using the autconfig feature from Outlook, but manual confirmation. Choosing IMAP, username: email address, password has been verified, choosing SSL/TLS (and Ive tried with Auto as well)

Can anyone help me please?

I'm putting the info that appears in the connect devices section of cpanel email:

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

Username:	paola.xxxx@xxxx.tech
Password:	Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server:	mail.xxxx.tech IMAP Port: 993
Outgoing Server:	mail.xxxxx.tech SMTP Port: 465

  little update: I still can't make it work on Outlook for Windows, but the exact same config DOES work on Outlook for Mac (???)
  
  still, Outlook for amc does not export to .PST, but .OLM. :-/
  
  I can't fathom why it works for mac app and not windows app

  Hey there!  Instead of "mail.domain.com" can you try using just "domain.com" for the incoming and outgoing mailserver and see if that changes the behavior?
