About my GoDaddy VPS LAMP Web Server, and reboot to apply updates, I rebooted from cPanel/WHM and reboot took 4-minutes, must be minor update, but where can see the minor new version of the update, as the WHM versions on top, are major version and stayed constant before and after reboot... well?

Reboot does not change the cPanel/WHM version, it changes when cPanel/WHM get's updated.

What quietFinn said - rebooting the server doesn't change the cPanel & WHM version. It may update the kernel version if a new kernel was installed and was waiting to be loaded.

the kernel version
I see with the command:
lsb_release -a
