Calendar error time zone
-
Hello
I’m experiencing an issue with creating events in the Roundcube calendar. When I create an event, it is added correctly to my calendar, but the recipients of the invitation see the event time 1 hour earlier than it should be.
Example:
I create an event for November 21, 2024, at 3:00 PM (-03:00), but the recipients see it as November 21, 2024, at 2:00 PM (-03:00).I’ve performed the following checks:
-
Server Time:
timedatectl
Local time: Thu 2024-11-21 10:50:22 -03 Universal time: Thu 2024-11-21 13:50:22 UTC RTC time: Thu 2024-11-21 10:50:23 Time zone: America/Sao_Paulo (-03, -0300) -
PHP Configuration:
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/php/74/etc/php.ini
date.timezone = "America/Sao_Paulo" -
Roundcube Configuration:
/usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/roundcube/config/config.inc.php
$config['timezone'] = 'America/Sao_Paulo';
Everything seems to be configured correctly. I am located in Brazil, and we have not used daylight saving time (DST). Is it possible that the system or some configuration is incorrectly applying DST rules? I haven’t been able to pinpoint the issue so far.
I would appreciate any assistance or guidance to resolve this matter!
Best regards,

Hey there! I believe this issue may be related to case HB-7069 that our team is aware of, but could you create a ticket to have this investigated directly on the system?
