Webmail/Roundcube not working

accessing website-url.com/webmail or website-url.com:2096 shows connection refused and not working.

When i ran netstat -lpn | grep 2096 i got no response.

 

This started immediately i upgraded to cpanel version 122.0.27

  Hey there!  If you aren't seeing the service running on port 2096, that would indicate something failed on the cPanel side of things.  Do you see anything odd if you restart cPanel with the /scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd command?

  Nothing except for :

  Nov 21 18:08:42 host.hostboldy.com systemd[1]: /etc/systemd/system/cpanel.service:10: PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/cpsrvd.pid → /run/cpsrvd.pid; please update the unit file accordingly.

  Nov 21 20:08:45 host.hostboldy.com systemd[1]: /etc/systemd/system/cpanel.service:10: PIDFile=references a path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/cpsrvd.pid →/run/cpsrvd.pid; please update the unit file accordingly.

  cpsrvd restarted successfully.

  Thanks for those details - I wouldn't expect that to be related to the issue. 

  Could you submit a ticket so this can be investigated directly on the system?  The webmail service should just be starting normally at the same time cPanel is restarted.
