imunify360 internal server erro

hello,

I have a server with cpanel with cloudlinux 8.10, I have installed imunify360 but when I run the installation using the base ip of the server which is the one that has the license once it is installed I get the following error

how can I fix it, I don't have any other kind of firewall running, in fact I want to install imunify so it will take care of everything.

  Hey there!  Whenever there is an error in the cPanel interface it's best to check the logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log as I would expect something helpful to be included there.  There is also the /var/log/imunify360/error.log file that could contain helpful information, so I'd look there as well if you don't see anything int he main cPanel log.
