This error occurs when I am fetching my .mdb database file from my application.

Connection failed: SQLSTATE[01000] SQLDriverConnect: 0 [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open lib 'Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)' : file not found

What is the issue? Please guide.

  Hey there!  cPanel doesn't support Microsoft Access databases, so I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to do in your application.  Can you get me more details on what you have configured and where this command is being run and what database it is trying to access?
