Our mail server blocks e-mails from users defined on it. It sends it to the spam directory.

Especially if there are files with pdf or xls extensions attached to these e-mails.

  Hey there!  Do you see any details in the Exim log (/var/log/exim_mainlog) from one of the mail transactions that are marked as spam that could be helpful in determining why this is happening?
