Cphulk error: /var/run path below legacy directory
AnsweredJust tried to change hostname to another and back.
And it looks as if it works, but CPhulp is giving some odd error notices.
Fresh installation by the way.
Dec 07 06:58:48 server.mydomain.nl systemd[1]: /etc/systemd/system/queueprocd.service:7: PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/queueprocd.pid → /run/queueprocd.pid; please update the unit file accordingly.
Dec 08 00:33:29 server.mydomain.nl systemd[1]: queueprocd.service: Got notification message from PID 376792, but reception only permitted for main PID 1052
The line about cphulkd.service:8: PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/ I've seen multiple times.
Is that ignorable or is this something which needs fixing?

Hey hey! That's fine - this one is just a warning from systemd and can be ignored.

Thank you.
However I noticed that on changing my hostname back to the original hostname, the new hostname records (and all other records belonging to it) was -not- removed from the dns zone.
Maybe that is caused by something else but feels like a bug to me. I had to remove them all manually.

That's normal behavior. We leave the old hostname in place for compatibility reasons just in case. You can read more about that here:

Oke then this one is solved too, thank you very much.
