Backup cannot active

I have configured weekly backups and have activated all users, but the backup data does not appear in the backup restoration menu, and I have also looked at the backup configuration guide, but still cannot produce backup data. Please help to deal with this problem.

  Hey there!  What happens when you run this command on the server?

  /usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup --force

  That will force the backup process to run immediately and you'll be able to see any errors that happen. 

  You could also try checking the logs in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup to see if there are any helpful details there about why the process isn't working.
