Billing issues.
Hi, What's going on with your billing, especially for imunify+? I keep getting notified of my successful payment. Then I get refunds. I then get more emails saying you've took a payment, then another stating the product was suspended despite the invoice page stating there's no issues with my payments, but the product is suspended? Any reason why? It's very confusing.
What's going on?

I have the same problem with my licences, the paidment was ok but they have suspended my licences.
And the last mount i have recibed two orders in the same mont and the same service, and i don´t tell they nothing and some days anfter they reembolsed the money and i don´t tell they nothing i don´t understad why they do that.

Yes, same issue here over the last 3 months. I don't understand either as payments go through ok. Hopefully someone here can help or explain what's going on.

The billing system is broken, we got some email about a credit, then the server was suspended even though it had taken the payment the day before automatcally.
