Licence suspended because of a billing glitch from cPanel
A cPanel billing issue as occured on my account beause of an error on cPanel side - I've received the email : Due to an internal error, a credit was mistakenly added to your account and applied to one or more invoices.
They were able to process payment a few days later and my account have no unpaid invoice but today they decided to suspend my licence and bring 300 emails accounts, webmail and cPanel down with it!
Open a ticket #95413142 but no quick response!

Same here, although ours seems to have been re-instated, nice way to treat customers that have been with cpanel for years, we were already feeling robbed by the price increases!
This is outrageous though, they made some accidental credit on our account but still took payment yesterday then suspended our server today.We can't operate ecommerce servers with this going on, guess its time to move.
Just seen their trustpilot reviews, never seen anything so bad...
