Assistance Required for License Activation Error
AnsweredHello cPanel Support Team,
I purchased my cPanel license through Contabo and have been using it for some time. However, I had to reset my server a few times, and during these reinstallations, I attempted to reactivate the license. Currently, I am receiving the following error message:
Error Message:
"The license has been activated on too many machines (600)."
My IP address: 45.159.xxx.xxx
As far as I understand, my license appears to be active on multiple machines, which prevents me from activating it again. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and reactivating my license.
Please let me know if there is any additional information or steps I need to provide to restore cPanel access to my server.

Thank you. As soon as I contacted Cpanel, they assisted me and resolved the issue.

Hey there! I'm glad our team was able to help! Whenever a license is locked the only solution is contact our Customer Service team at cs@cpanel.net so they can get that fixed for you, as I can't fix those issues over the Forum.
