Upgrade cpanel to Almalinux 8 from centos 7.9

I have new server, i want to migrate my cpanel from centos 7.9 to almalinux 8 , what should i do first, thanks

  Do you want to migrate to a new server (then you can use the WHM transfer tool) or do you want to do an in-place upgrade (ELevate)?
