cPanel main IP change to the additional IP automatically

Here it's a strange situation.

I have just installed CloudLinux + cPanel and starting to add the additional IPv4 ranges to cPanel. The server main ip is: 1.1.1.10 and the additional IP that i add is : 1.1.1.9 . But when i add the IP's to cPanel, it's switch automatically the main cPanel IP from 1.1.1.10 to 1.1.1.9 .... why ? I didn't change the main ip for the cPanel, why it's changing ? And how can i fix it to stay at 1.1.1.10 the main ip. Because the main ip it's licensed to cPanel, not the additional.

PS: It's an auctioned server from Hetzner.

  How did you add the IP exactly? Did you do it from WHM?

  The additional IP i have added from WHM > Add New IP Address

  There aren't any tools in cPanel that would cause the main IP address to change automatically.  I would recommend submitting a ticket so this can be investigated directly on the system.
