Laravel project storage and js in folder public

so im having issue with my laravel project because i cannot use js folder and storage (using symlink) folder inside the public folder .

im using index.php htaccess and server.php as new files in my project folders/  so that i can accessthe  index.php file inside the public folder.
i dont know why i cant connect to those folders , but inmy local env computer i can access them .

  Hey there!  I'm not completely sure what error it is that you're getting, as none of those components sound like they are related to cPanel.  In general, files on a cPanel account should have 644 permissions, directories should be 755, and everything should have username:username ownership.

  What specific error message you getting?
