Hey there!  Whenever there is a DNS issue, my favorite tool to use to help isolate the problem is intodns.com.  That page will show you *any* possible DNS problems with the domain or nameservers, so I'd recommend starting there and seeing if that shows anything helpful.

Thanks you for the response, cPRex. I ran a test using this tool. I am listing below the errors I got, I am new to this stuff so I just need some help if it is possible.

    • Mismatched NS Records: WARNING: One or more of your nameservers did not return any of your NS records.
    • DNS Servers Responded: ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond.
    • Multiple Nameservers: ERROR: Looks like you have less than 2 nameservers.
    • Missing nameservers reported by your nameservers.
    • SOA record: No valid SOA record came back.
    • MX Records: Oh well, I did not detect any MX records.

Thanks for those details, although I edited the post to remove the domain name since we can't share domains or IPs on the Forum.

This indicates that the nameservers aren't properly configured on the domain, so they may not be configured at the registrar.  You should contact the registrar for the domain (where you purchased the domain name) and see how the nameservers are configured there.
