Jetbackup Configuring issue
Hello guys,
I have installed jetbackup on my whm, I have also taken the storage box from hetzner for backup..
When i try configuring the destination in jetbackup using host,username,password and port number as 22.
But it throw an error: Error: Registering Destination... Failed - Error: Failed connecting. Error: Cannot connect to u954891.your-storagebox.de:22. Error 110. Connection timed out
Actually I do have set my ssh port as 2233 instead of regular 22 for security reason. Is it causing any issue?
Hertzner team reply to me saying that they support 23 port too for storage box.
So I tried using that port too but not working..
I have also added port 23 on my hetzner firewall and both the ConfigServer Security & Firewall as incoming and outgoing port...
Where is the issue still?

Hey there! If you are using the SSH backup type then yes, you would need to use that SSH port number in that configuration area.

yes I have even tried using the port 23 as they prescribed. I mean the hertzner use port 23 for ssh in their storage box..
So I used it.. but then It shows something like thisMy storage box is of only 1 Tb which is completely empty but it shown as 2tb used out of 2tb and 0B free.
I have even contacted hertzner for it but they respond:
"Unfortunately, the display may be incorrect due to the file system we use.
In order to always get a reliable value, we recommend that you check the usage in your Robot administration interface directly."
Please help me setup of my jetbackup with my hetzner storage box.0 -
This will likely be handled best through a ticket, either through us or through Hetzner, depending on where your license is purchased.
