SSL FQDN Error

hello everything is fine?
I have a small problem regarding SSL for a certain URL. I always use whm.example.com to access WHM, and this time I'm having trouble securing it.
I added a type A entry for whm.example.com to the server's IP in the DNS zone. That alone wasn't enough.
I ran autoSSL for the user and it didn't work.
In CPANEL, the SSL/TLS Status doesn't show whm.example.com , but it shows the other URLs that are working normally.
Can someone help me with this?

Hey there! When you ran AutoSSL for the domain name did it show that it was checking the whm subdomain associated with that account? It should least each subdomain that is included in the certificate.

Sorry for the delay in responding
It doesn't appear, I created a subdomain and it solved the problem, the strange thing is that I didn't need to do this in any other case. In any case, it was solved.
