Filtered Emails
Hello,
I have been experiencing issues with emails being filtered and can't get it resolved by my Email Host. The issue is we send an email to a certain address and they receive the email but when the recipient responds it is filtered. I have created a white list for the recipients and still their emails are filtered. I don't know what TMD Hosting did to get it working and I believe they don't know either as the solution has not been created for the other two. I hope that cpanel can assist with this issue.

Hey there! I edited your post to remove the email addresses and domains as we can't share those on the Forum for security reasons.
Unfortunately there likely isn't much we'll be able to do on the Forum for this issue, as someone with root access would need to check the mail log (/var/log/exim_mainlog) as that should show the reason the emails are being filtered. It's also possible there are entries in /etc/vfilters that are leading to this issue, but you would still need root access to the server to check that file.
Do you have full root access to the server or only access to your one cPanel account?

You'll need to reach out to your host to have them check the server, as there won't be anything else you can do on your end for this issue with only cPanel access.
