External Member Mailing List Don't Received Mailing List
can anyone help us.
we have a problem with our Mailing List
When someone from external sends an email to our Mailing List the member from External cannot receive the email
but When an internal email sends an email to the Mailing List all members can receive it.
we have done some tests, and I have attached the image below.
we really hope for your help

Hey there! This issue would likely be best handled in a ticket as the mailserver, mailman, and individual domain's email routing will need to be examined, and I just don't see that going well through a Forums post when we have to make educated guesses back and forth.
Could you create a ticket so this can be investigated directly?

we have a test to change "Hide the sender of amessage, replacing it with .." in the settings in CPANEL like this
and it helps us, all members in the mailing can receive the email, including emails from Office365
so, if previously the final recipient of the email will see the sender is.
sender: mailing-list@mydomain.com On Behaf Of sender@comapany-office365.com
and now it becomes like this
Sender: mailing-list-bounce@mydomain.com On Behaf Of mailing-list@mydomain.com
and that's actually not what we expected, because the final recipient will be confused about the email

Yes, although it seems that your license isn't purchased through us so you would need to contact your provider for support as I don't have any other similar reports of this behavior happening.
