Jetbackup5 rsync timeout

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with JetBackup 5 when transferring a backup to an rsync destination. The backup process fails due to an rsync timeout error. Below are the details from the log:

[20/Dec/2024 03:08:15 +0000] [PID 7095] [ERROR] Failed transferring account "myaccount" backup to destination "Zbackup DPX2". Error: [sender] io timeout after 600 seconds -- exiting
rsync error: timeout in data send/receive (code 30) at io.c(200) [sender=3.2.7]

[20/Dec/2024 03:08:15 +0000] [PID 7095] [ERROR] Failed account "myaccount" transferring backup to all destinations

The account in question is approximately 74 GB in size. I have not been able to locate an option within JetBackup 5 to increase the rsync timeout value. Any guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

  Hey there!  You can increase that timeout value in JetBackup >> Destination >> Manage Destination under the "Connection Timeout" setting.  Here is a screenshot showing this:

  

  Can you try that change to see if that helps get things working?
