Received Email from cPanel . Number of outgoing emails from my account is in violation of cPanel service agreement. I have not been sending emails. Why am I receiving this email and is it legitimate?

  Hey there!  No, this doesn't sound like a legitimate email we would sent, as we have no such limits in our agreement.  It's possible your hosting provider has a limit on the number of sent emails, but that still wouldn't be coming from us.

  Whenever you're in doubt about the legitimacy of an email you can check the headers to see the IP and domain it was actually sent from, which will give you much more information than the subject line alone.
