Create a Temp sftp account for one domain
I've tried searching for multiple users for sftp in cPanel but after looking over many results I was unable to figure out how to add a temp user to my sftp domain account so a tech guy can login and make some changes to a script he created for me.
I created a new user for ftp and can login just fine using ftp with port 21 and ftp credentials but it won't work with sftp. I am not sure I trust ftp over sftp which is why I prefer to hopefully find a solution for temp access to sftp.
I seem to remember doing this before but cannot remember how. I suppose I could just change the password and give him the admin login info but I thought there must be an easy way to create a temp user sftp account for one domain.
Can anyone shed some light on this or point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance and Happy Holidays everyone.

Hey there! cPanel doesn't support additional sFTP users at this time as that functionality is only available to the main cPanel user account, so I don't have any good news on this one, unfortunately.

cPRex, wow quick response awesome. I just edited my post but I guess I will use the ftp set up and hopefully don't have to leave it up for long. Thanks for the reply much appreciated.
