Strange bounce messages

I sometimes get these strange bounces with no code or anything just:
received this response from the destination host IP - DNSNULL -  ?? , ??.
This came from gmail

WHAT does DNSNULL - ??,?? mean?

  Hey there!  This sounds like a better question for Gmail as that can get used for several different messages.  Usually this means they weren't able to complete a lookup of a certain record, such as an rDNS record or something similar.

  Do you see any issues with the DNS of the domain that you are sending messages from if you use an online tool like intodns.com?
