SSL Cert not renewing
AnsweredHi, The domains on my server have SSL issues. I get this message
The SSL certificate for “xxxxxxxxx.com” has not been renewed. You must take action to secure this site.
I understood this should update automatically, which it has done in the past, but other domains are reporting that they will expire on upcoming dates. How do I get them secure again, please?

Hey there! Usually the message provides a bit more detail on why the SSL can't be renewed, such as an error message or other reason. If you go to WHM >> Manage AutoSSL and click the "Manage Users" tab you'll see a "check username" button next to each account. If you click that, it will run AutoSSL for that user and then you can see the output in the "Logs" tab which should show any errors related to the account.
Can you try that and see if that gives you more helpful information?

Hi,
Thanks for the info. I have checked and realised AutoSSl was not enabled. All sorted now, thank you.

I'm glad that's all it was!

I've the same issue, and the logs show me the following error:
Impediment: CERTIFICATE_IS_EXTERNALLY_SIGNED: The certificate is neither self-signed nor from AutoSSL.
But i already have the option enabled: Allow AutoSSL to replace invalid or expiring non-AutoSSL certificates.
That is happening with all domains in a shared server.

Is that the only error message it shows? If so, how far aware is the expiration?

Yes, is the only error.
About the expiration dates, follow some examples:WARN Certificate expiry: 1/26/25, 12:00 AM UTC (10.31 days from now)
WARN Certificate expiry: 1/19/25, 12:00 AM UTC (3.31 days from now)
WARN Certificate expiry: 1/20/25, 12:00 AM UTC (4.31 days from now)0 -
Usually the renewal should happen in 3 days, so let's give that middle one an additional day and see how things are.
