Hey there!  It's hard to say for sure as this could have several different causes.  Can you confirm this is happening *only* with Edge on that particular system?  Do Firefox and Chrome experience the same issue?

    Same error in Chrome.

Since you have root access to the server, what do you see in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log file while accessing the system from one of the browsers that doesn't work?  I would expect that to show something, but it not, it could be worth checking out the Apache log at /etc/apache2/logs/error_log as well just in case.

cPRex so there wasn't anything in there I could find. I did a tail -f on the log and threw the error a few more times. I did dig around and noticed that it only happens on the accounts that are listed under /home/virtfs/ACCOUNTNAME. There are 3 in there and those <domain.com>/cpanel links do not work. the links under other accounts NOT listed in virtfs work though. I can see there is a copy of "wredirect.cgi" under each account's virtfs directory but it appears to be exactly the same as the default (I was hoping there would be something different about them and I could just overwrite them)

It would be best to create a ticket on this so it can be investigated directly on the server.

Excuse me, Do I have to change to HTTP 2.0 to solve the problem?

Do I need to switch to HTTP 2.0 to resolve the err_http2_protocol_error issue?

    https://www.zzbaike.com/32346.html

    My current status:

    $_SERVER['SERVER_PROTOCOL'] HTTP/1.1

HATANO KENJI - no, changing the Apache settings won't resolve the issue.

Can you let me know what your specific problem is?  I'm not seeing much information in your post and I'm not sure what all the screenshots are supposed to be telling me.

Over the past few days, we have been experiencing the error message err_http2_protocol_error.

    PC

    Mac OS

    Android

    iPhone

I don't know what went wrong, but I can confirm that our environment has not been upgraded for a long time, The Chinese article roughly states that switching to mod_mpm_prefork and installing mod_http2 seems to solve the problem.

    Is this the actual situation?

No, I wouldn't expect that to change your situation at all.

What do you see in the error logs inside /etc/apache2/logs/error_log when this happens on your site?

Dear Sir, how can I download files via HTTP?

I must say that I have no skills in executing server commands through the terminal, so I was hoping there would be an easy way to recover the files.

Can you teach me with screenshots?

    Thank you!

Teaching someone how to use the command line and connect to their server and issue commands is a bit out of the scope of the Forum here, as those are server administration tasks that someone with root access to the machine should be familiar with.

Are you able to speak with your hosting provider or datacenter to have them check the server?
