Cron not running after transfer using Transfer Tool
Yes, I found other similar posts, but the case seems to be different.
I migrated more than 100 cpanel accounts that have scheduled tasks and noticed that they were not being executed.
When I access the user account, they appear in the list, but none of the executions seem to be performed.
I did not get any errors in the logs, they even indicate that they were executed.
The curious thing is that if I access the cpanel account and do a simple update on one of the tasks in the list, ALL of that user's tasks start working again.
But is there a mass solution for the 100 accounts?
cat /var/log/cron

The source and destination servers have exactly the same software versions
OS CloudLinux v8.10.0 STANDARD
cPanel Version 124.0.210 -
Hey there! If you access the command line as the cPanel user and type "crontab -l" is that list empty? I don't have a great explanation for how this may have happened, so this might be one we need to see a ticket on in order to resolve.
