Caldav sync error "MoreThanOneElement"
Hello,
I’m experiencing a strange issue with CalDAV and could use some assistance!
I have a cPanel server that previously worked flawlessly. Recently, we added a parallel server configured as a Node for this cPanel server. This Node server is responsible solely for storing emails and operates in parallel with the primary server.
The issue arises with a specific account that was already using calendars. After migrating the emails to the Node server, synchronization errors began appearing, indicating that the calendar is “duplicated.”
The error logs specify that the system is expecting only one calendar but is receiving two. When accessing the account's calendar through CalDAV on cPanel, it indeed displays two items instead of one.
My question is:
- How can I resolve this issue?
- Is this problem related to the synchronization with the Node server?
I’ve attached screenshots of the error for reference.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey there! Can you confirm that "node" system is a cPanel Mail Node machine?

Yes! The "node" machine is a cPanel system
Node Filho : Version 124.0.21
Already my main server
Server Pai : Version 110.0.500 -
Thanks for the confirmation. I reached out to our email development team and they said we would need to see a ticket about this issue. Would you be able to submit one so our support team can take a look?
