Hey there!  There are two things you'd want to check in this situation.  The first is the settings in WHM >> Backup Configuration, making sure the Retention settings of how many backups you'd like to keep is what you want.

If that is correct, the next thing to check is the backup log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/######.og (each day will have a unique number) and see if there are any errors listed there.  If so, the backups will not prune as we don't want to remove data that may be incomplete.

If there are backup errors you find but they don't matter to you, you can click the "Strictly enforce retention, regardless of backup success" button in WHM >> Backup Configuration to ensure those get deleted.

    Hello
    Thank you
I have already activated the option Strictly enforce retention, regardless of backup success. I found the next day that all copies were deleted and a backup was taken for the day
    Is this true
And how do I know that the backup copy is in the best condition and takes without problems
    Thank you Greetings

If there were any errors with the backup process the server would have notified you about them, assuming you have the server notifications enabled in WHM >> Contact Manager.

You could also try a test restore of an account to ensure that backup is working properly, although it would be best to try that on a different server so you don't interrupt any live websites.
