Reverse DNS not working correctly for email
I get the following error when I use Email Deliverability:
REVERSE DNS (PTR) PROBLEMS EXIST
The system uses an alternate HELO of “polo.webrizdns.com” when sending mail from the “mckinstrytransportation.com” domain.
The system sends the domain “polo.webrizdns.com” in the SMTPhandshake for this domain’s email. “polo.webrizdns.com” resolves to “190.92.174.53”, not “66.85.132.234”.
To fix this problem, contact your system administrator and request that they create a DNS “A” record for “polo.webrizdns.com” whose value is “66.85.132.234”.
Do I have to ask the IPS company or how do I fix this on my own server?

Hey there! Yes, you'll need to contact your host to have them setup the correct PTR record, as that isn't something that is handled on the web server in most cases.
