message has lines too long for transport

One of my customers is reporting this error message when sending an email with Microsoft Outlook 16, however I changed the EXIM configuration following these instructions

and the problem remains.

 

This problem does not occur when they use webmail

  Hey there!  Did you set that value to the maximum possible size of 1000000?  After that work, and saving the value at the bottom of the page, they are still running into this issue when sending with Outlook?
